Host/Hostess Tips:
"Since the maximum number any area can seat is 6, if you have a party of 7 to 10 people, you will be taking up 2 (two) seating areas. Most often, this means taking up two areas in the Library, although parties of 7 to 8 may be able to fit in one combination in the nooks. (Please see our Special Seating Area Tour below for pictures.)
RSVP Tip #1: When you are reserving, please reserve for the total number of possible attendees (i.e. the total number of invitations you are sending); we can adjust downwards far easier than we can adjust upwards, often because closer to the reserved date the entire tearoom is booked solid.
RSVP Tip #2: We care very much that our guests are comfortable and at ease when they come to tea, so please think about the guests in your party, and advise us if anyone might need extra personal room. (Our maximum number for each seating area is based upon an average measurement of 20 to 22 inches in width.)

Seating Times: Tuesday-Saturday at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm, and 4:00 pm, plus 6:30 pm Thursday-Saturday. Additional 6:30 seatings may be available during holiday seasons.
Reservations: We require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. To make your reservation, please call 505-242-3752.Bill Splits: A combination of up to 3 Credit Cards may be used to pay the bill for a party of 7 to 10 people.
Changes to your reservation: IF your party increases in size from its initial number (to over 11 people) please call us immediately, so that we may re-seat you in an area or areas that will work. This may include combining areas to accommodate your group, because the maximum number any area can seat is 6.
Please note that if your party increases in size close to the date of your reservation, we may not be able to accommodate the increase due to every other seating area being full.
Cancellation: Please let us know 48 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel your whole party (to avoid a $50 failure to cancel fee.)
Menu Options: If some of your guests need Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free, or Double Savory menu upgrades ($1-$2 additional per person), we must know the final number of each at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to your reservation date. No substitutions beyond the menu upgrades, no exceptions. View a list of ingredients for our current menu.

Gift Table: Please let us know when you make your reservation if you need a table to hold gifts.
