These photos document the creation of our new home in northeast Albuquerque.
After searching for almost two years, we have finally locked in the location of our next tearoom:
We have decided to buy a small existing building (Bldg. D.), to have access to perhaps the loveliest gardens in Albuquerque, located in the interior of the Sun Valley Commercial Center, on Osuna. This building is pictured above, and will be our front door. Then we will build onto the rear of this building about 3500 square feet, and our main parking lot will be directly behind, on the corner of Edith and Osuna.
We greatly anticipate moving to this new, custom designed tearoom, because it will allow us to serve our guests a more refined, more striking, more excellent experience of the tradition of afternoon tea for Albuquerqueans.

We will be closing our existing location on Rio Grande Blvd., and moving completely to the new location, keeping only one location open. This will be our new location in Spring 2010.
