To make a reservation request:
* Call the tearoom at 505-242-3752 at least two business days (Tuesday through Saturday for the tearoom) before the day you wish to come to tea.
* Give us the following information:
- your name
- your telephone number
- the number in your party
- the date and time you would like to have tea:
11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. (or 6:30 p.m. Thurs-Sat only)
- if anyone in your party is disabled, please let us know at the time you make your reservation.
- any upgrade requests, such as Royal Tea, Children's Tea, Special Diet or Double Savories

We require a
credit card guarantee for all Friday and Saturday reservations, regardless of the size of the group. The credit card is not charged, but simply held, like a hotel would do, in the case of no-show, upon which the card would be charged a minimum No-Show fee of $50.
* If you were unable to reach us in person and you had to leave a message, please
remember that a reservation request is not complete until we call you back to confirm.
* Once your reservation is confirmed, your space is guaranteed; however, we cannot guarantee you will be seated in a specfic area. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and desires.
* For parties of 8 or more:
- A non-refundable deposit is required. For parties of 8-14, the deposit is $100.00 . For parties of 15 or more, we require 50% down as a deposit. Your deposit will count toward the final bill on the day of the event.
- We do accept credit cards and personal checks for deposits, although the reservation will not be confirmed until the receipt of the check.
* Large party reservations (of 15 or more) will be charged a 50% deposit, with 18% gratuity included. Although we prefer credit cards for large party reservations, guests can send us or bring in a check for the 50% deposit.
* For all Special Events advance payment is required, due to high demand. Special Event reservations are made online. See our Events Calendar for information.

For all Parties, you may split your bill a maximum of three ways.
We have discovered that bills split more than three ways have more mistakes and upset guests than not.
* Advance cancellations are always appreciated, because it helps us re-fill the vacancy. If you must cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if at all possible.
