Reservations

We value you, as guests and friends, and we wish to serve you in the most excellent manner! These policies allow us to better serve you each time you visit the Tearoom.

Reservations are strongly suggested. Our hours are 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Our patrons are given two full hours to enjoy themselves in an unhurried manner. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, so please call early.

    
      We offer three seatings every Tuesday through Saturday:               11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.
          plus our Friday and Saturday evening seatings at 6:30 p.m.

Please note: Because Saturday is our busiest day and the time our reservations change the most, the tearoom reserves the right on Saturdays to move any reserved party to another seating area without notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a specific area, but we must have flexibility in order to meet all our guests' needs. Thank you for your understanding.
To make a reservation request:

    * Please call the tearoom at 505-242-3752.
    * Give us the following information:
          - your name
          - your telephone number
          - the number in your party
          - the date and time you would like to have tea:
            11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. (or 6:30 p.m. Friday & Saturday only)
    * If you were unable to reach us in person and you had to leave a message, please remember that a reservation request
       is not complete until we call you back to confirm.

    * Once your reservation is confirmed, your space is guaranteed; however, we cannot guarantee you will be seated in a specific
       area. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and desires.
    * We can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian diets with advance notice. Please make your request when you make your
       reservation.

    * For parties of 8 or more:
          - A non-refundable deposit is required. For parties of 8-14, the deposit is $100.00 . For parties of 15 or more, we require
            50% down as a deposit. Your deposit will count toward the final bill on the day of the event.
          - We do accept credit cards and personal checks for deposits, although the reservation will not be confirmed until the receipt
            of the check.

    * For all Special Events advance payment is required, due to high demand.

    * Advance cancellations are always appreciated, because it helps us re-fill the vacancy. If you must cancel your reservation,
       please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if at all possible.
