Lavender Lace Iced Tea Recipe with Honey Simple Syrup
There is something enchantingly serene about sipping lavender in the heat of summer, and our Lavender Lace Iced Tea Recipe offers a refreshingly graceful way to stay cool in the summer heat. Light, floral, and winsomely elegant, it is sweetened with a golden honey simple syrup. For those who wish to deepen the floral notes, the syrup can be gently infused with lavender. Serve it over ice, breathe in its gentle bouquet, and let teatime become a small, luxurious escape from the sun.
Remember to make your ice cubes out of the tea itself so your tea doesn’t get watered down!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Brew our Lavender Lace tea in the boiling water using our hot brew method, according to the steep time on the package. Let the tea cool completely on the counter before chilling in the refrigerator.
- Using a small saucepan, heat 1 cup water until boiling. Once at a boil, turn off heat and mix honey (and culinary lavender, if using) in the water until the honey is dissolved. *If using lavender flowers, let the lavender steep in the honey syrup for 5 minutes, then strain it out.
- Let the syrup cool completely on the counter before serving or chilling in the refrigerator.
- Serve the tea with fresh lavender sprigs for garnish!
Notes
Tired of watered down tea because your ice melts into your tea and dilutes it? Make the ice cubes out of the same tea you are serving! This is one of our oldest tricks to keep your tea from watering down with normal ice cubes. Brew hot tea for the ice cubes at least one night before. Let the tea cool before pouring into ice cube trays. Put your trays in the freezer until your ice cubes are frozen and ready to serve.
We hope you enjoy this Lavender Lace Iced Tea Recipe with Honey Simple Syrup as much as we do!
